how could the tdk have a better score than the Verb?
Are these tests really not that accurate?
Is it the way im burning them?
Isn't the verb a lot lower then it should be?
Just curious

Yes, Pioneer drives are that inaccurate...

XxRUINSxX is right.Use pioneer drives to rip,burb but don't use them to scan.They give the worst scans ever.I myself use the pioneer DVR-111EXL to rip and burn and i still remember that time i used Nero to scan one of my Taiyo Verbs and i got around 85,then i was like..What the hell happened to my Verb,are they so bad???It's then a very experienced member explained to me that in fact Pioneer gives the worst scans.He even showed me a scan of his Taiyo media on his Pioneer drive where the score was 25!And put the same disc in his Benq DW1650 and that same disc scored over 90.

But one thing that you should not worry to much is the score because if your disc plays fine without any problem,then you should consider it a successful burn.But the Verb is definitely much better than TDK,don't let yourself get misguided by some scans,mostly when these scans are from Pioneer drives!
