Can anyone please recommend to me what type of tape I should use to secure down the Magic Keys/Magic Switches on my Slimline v14 PS2?

I have managed to get my disc spinning, but I need to securely hold the tool which is inserted in the top left of your PS2 to ensure it spins, so what tape can you recommend?

By using the tape, I need to be able to close my PS2 lid.

Any good tape will do the job, some people even use super glue for this

a tape that's strong enough to hold the switch down? best way is to go down to your local stationery shop and have a look around. it's not so much the tape that matters but how you tape it, putting a couple of layers in different orientation helps
