ummm...i was using ur advise but when i got to where it said back up incase any thing went wrong and i did then it said it was done and i restarted my xbox and then i went to choose the UDE it didnt have any thing saying that so i hit somehing else and then something else about dashboards and i hit something and i dont even kno and now i cant even go on xbox dashboard or ne thign and my lil green light goes red ad flashes and all these words and symbols come up and all i can read is call customer support...i cant even play my xbox now...its ruined!
