Hey guys, if we could copy the files of the ps2 cd to the pc hard drive and mod it and then burn it to a new DVD cd, would it work?

Ya sure, i just wanna add new cars in the game and if we could copy the files on the pc hard drive then mod it and place it back on a empty dvd. it is worth trying
