Is it posible to put and exe file on your usb and play it on your ps2?

There is support for USB devices with SMS media player. You can play your DivX movies with it pretty easily. If you want to launch programs off your USB device, you can do that too.

MyPS2 and LaunchELF have support for running applications off of USB devices.
