Hi, I got the game and burned at 4x and when I got to play it the first loading screens took about 5 minutes do Load, the music keeps failing, the game keeps saying the controller isn`t plugged and all loadings are terrible.
My PS2 uses Magic 5, do I have to Patch the game or something or just try burning again?
I know that it had to be rebuilt with Swap Magic. There are about a million threads here about it if you want to try searching.
There are also files on the net you can patch the game with that will rebuild it for you.
With a good chip you should not have to rebuild anything. But Magic 5 is not exactly top of the line.
It could just be the media you are using or your burning speed.
So what media is it? (Taiyo Yuden 8X DVD-R for example)
What did you burn it with?
Yeah, I saw the Threads about swap but since i don`t use it I Thought I could mess up everything using the swap patch
About the Media, I seriously don`t know the name(lol) it`s white and Blue and is written Tape DVD-R 8X but i burned about 10 games with this same media and never got a problem, but i got a BENQ and Pleomax DVD+R 8x here too, could these 2 make any difference?

Media compatibility is better on some burners, especially if you have the latest firmware that is available on the net for it.
If the discs have no name on them i have no idea what to tell you about their quality.
When you say tape i hope you do not mean that there is a peice of tape on the disc, something like masking tape on one side will throw off the balance of the discs and should not be done.
If the disc is named Tape then it is just some no name brand i have never heard of before. 4X is the correct speed to burn an 8X DVD at.
I tried my last BENQ and now the game is working fine, it really was a burning problem, its weird i never had a problem with that other media.
