If a "chav" is one of those little motorcycles or the miserable little houligans who ride them, we've got more than our share. You're right about the guns though....we could sit in our apartment windows and try to pick them off as they race by ... hell, it would be fun ... like a Sunday afternoon at the amusement park LOL!
