Hi,
I use AnyDVD and Dvdshrink... If I open the disc and then use still images, will this solve the problem with the little dude jumping?
Or should I use DVDFAB or RIPIT4ME?
Any suggestions on the best way to do this?
Simplistic wise?
any ideas appreciated... I read some forums on this, but i seen alot of people using DVD2Copy or something to the affect...

Running AnyDVD behind Shrink will remove the protection on this, if you want then rip it using DVDFab and then process with Shrink. There is no need to substitute still images unless you are planning to edit. Or if you just want movie only then reauthor and choose the title you want.

DVDFab here http://www.dvdidle.com/free.htm

Thanks,
maybe i am reading it wrong but are you saying with AnyDVD and then carry on with shrink will work?
the green short dude will not cause a problem?
I have tried this and still no dice....

I currently have VTS, Ripit4me, and dvdfab, along with AnyDVD, shrink and Nero...

I was always under the impression that the boy was the problem to this dvd.... If that is the case, wouldnt just still image the unreferenced material work?

AnyDVD followed with shrink works on 99% of the vids that I back-up. The one's that want to be stubborn get a dose of DVDecrypter then the shrink. If still not willing to cooperate then I suspect dirty or scratched dvd.

@cwsslr

Try using AnyDVD's ripper function and then open files in Shrink and proceed as usual.

If using the AnyDVD ripper then make sure you check remove blank and unreferenced cells.
