They would probibly like every thing you got when you bought your psp from them.
When I returned my old PSP on account for a few dead pixles, I brought back everything in the value pack. (minus the 32mg disk and the 2 games that they gave me the money for *grin* Gotta love those huge value stores who know nothing of technology)
So just place everything the way you bought it, and get a new one from them or at least credit and buy it somewhere else
This would be my name but its 10 letters long and AD only allows 9 :P

if u want to switch your old psp with a brand new psp by buying a new psp then using that warrenty, i dotn know if it is going to work. yea i guess when u return it to the company, all they do is scan the serial number and give u back a brand new system. every psp comes with 1 year standard warranty right??

You just have to return the PSP and not the accessories. If you have the value pack and want to return just don't tell them it's a value pack and just say you bought them seperately. Worked for me.

man this is interesting.
do what i do...go in there and find a person that has "just been hired" and take your psp to them...most likely they don't know what to do so they will just check the box. what you could do is maybe put a lot of alchohol on the serial number of the psp. so that way all that you have to say...oh its just faded. or you can say that you were cleaning it and the numbers faded.
but if anybody starts to act sespisous<--heysi--> just start crying and fall down on the ground.
then start screaming at the top of you longs.
then start doing the curly shufle, running around in circles on your side while your on the ground.
then start drooling...
then when they come to you and see if your ok, or to beat you make your break for it...grab your psp and run.
but it they are in your way then start to stand up stager and slip and fall.
then you can sue them. ;)

its very simple!
take your new psp with the warenty!
remove the serial # on the botom! (carfuly so u dont ruin it!!!)
put the serial # on the old psp!
switch the boxes so the serial #s match!
return to the store! (try to cheat the for parts, i gave mine back with no batery, no games, no 1gb memory stick! (thats bout $100))
!!!!ENJOY!!!!

i went to walmart
they didnt check that (if you dont screw up the lable and make it look like it was fu***d with then i dont think the will check the one under the batery)
as long as the box and the one on the botom of the unit match it sould be fine!
good luck!
