Need some help unlocking a Nokia 1600.

Details are as follows:
Type: RH-64
Firmware: V 3.42
IMEI: 358355006178665

Could i jump on the bandwagon also?
Have a nokia 1600 and i believe the imei no is;358382002507226 (Got by keying in *hash06hash )Presently served by T Mobile in the UK.

Thanks pazzini, but when i enter the code i only get as far as hash P and it then dissappears from the screen and "insert sim" appears, any ideas?

Johnny,

Try putting a non-accepting sim card in, hit UNDO, enter the codes provided above, then OK.

How to unlock your mobile:

Remove sim first,power on the phone.
After the phone boots up, press #
Press * 3 times fast for (p)
Press * 4 times fast for (w)
Press * 2 times fast for (+)
Verify code before pressing the last #.
"Phone restrictions off", it's unlocked!!!

Please remember you only get 5 attempts before your mobile becomes hardlocked.

I advise to try no more than 3 times.

Make sure you have given the correct information.

Only try the codes once and once only!!!

If you have already tried different codes before mine your mobile could already be hardlocked.

If you mobile is hardlocked the only way to unlock it is by taking it to a professional unlocker.
