help running snes and sega emulator with HDA

Ok I burned the emulators and was able to play the roms using swap magic on a burned cd. When I copied the ISO to my hdd I can load up the emulators just like I did with swap magic but it can't find the roms for some reason. Can anyone help me with this problem please?
