what movie r u trying to decrypt?
DVD Decrypter cant handle the protections on newer DVDs,
DVDFab Decrypter can handle all the new protections,

hey Rob1026,

sorry about my other post as it seems u didn't have any problems ripping(guess i shouldn't try 2 help when i had 2 much 2 drink)
anyway if i read your post right now u r autoburning with shrink and decrypter and that error come up when u try to burn?

Have u tried to burn manually without the autoburn on?

maybe try re-installing decrypter and shrink? or
u could try and burn with IMGburn(free)

I googled for " deviceiocontrol (ioctl_storage_mcn_control) failed" and finally found some info. Try unchecking disable media change notification . Go to Tools >Settings >Device. This might or might not work but it is worth a shot. Looks like a few people have the same problem. Sometimes it is the Nvidia drivers , others have it w/ the updates of the OS but there really is not definitive answer as to what is causing this
