purchased this software years ago and it works on my laptop but does not work on my new computer. Is it not activating anymore or what? can someone please give me tips on how to get this thing running.

If you bought this years ago in retail outlet you will have trouble getting this to reactivate since 321 is kaput! Don't worry there are other alternatives out there; have a look at this site and read tutorials on how to back up your discs. Most Software is free.

The company is out of business, I don't even know if they are accepting any support tickets on giving people more activiations, but you can try here for info on how to reach XCopy.
