I'm gonna buy a slim ps2. It has to be brand new, and I was wondering if anyone knew of any great deals that would be cheaper than me paying $130 at the store. Please do not suggest getting it used because I refuse it. Last used game console I bought sh*t the bed on me. So I was just wondering if anyone could help me find a great deal Thanx.

buy from a dealer on eBay, or get refurbished.

I already tried both of those ideas. I'm not buying a refurbished. That used one I told you about was refurbished and it was a piece of sh*t. I really expected more from gamestop when I bought that.

A store will be your best bet if you want it new and unmodded.
Only places i know sell them premodded

well, considering the price a brand new one is going for 130cad (don't know how much they go for in the states) I don't see how you can get one for cheaper unless it's a)refurb
b)stolen c)you get lucky and find a brand new one on ebay (since you already tried this idea I guess it's of no use to you) good luck on your hunt.

NTSC DNAS threads.

Well, I got lucky! Found one Brand New on Ebay for $110. Sweet Deal!
So now my next step. Anyone know what I can do with the old one that doesn't work for crap? The laser seems to be shot, I can only load one game and it's brand new. I'm definitly not fixing it myself. I'm pretty sure Ebays my best bet to get rid of it. But, I've been checking and they're not worth much when they don't work. Any suggestions on how to make the most money while getting rid of it?
