The information in your last post is correct :)
Type in the code I gave you once and once only. if it does not work NoLimit will give you the code :)

If you know the risks, try this ONCE and ONLY ONCE and let us know if it works. You
have only 3 to 5 tries and then it will be hard locked. After that you will need a cable
thing-a-me-jiggy to unlock it. It will still work on your Network so no big loss.

Remove sim first,power on the phone.
After the phone boots up, press #
Press * 3 times fast for (p) \
Press * 4 times fast for (w) IMPORTANT
Press * 2 times fast for (+) /
and the rest of the code---
IMPORTANT!!
Verify code before pressing the last #.
Pay attention. You only heve about two seconds.
Note: Some Phones require that you to insert a non accepted sim, you will see "phone
restricted", press UNDO option and enter the code in the restriction box and press ENTER.
"Phone restrictions off", it's unlocked.
"Error code" wrong code.STOP tell me.
"Not allowed" or "Can Not Undo Restriction" it's hard locked. Used up all your free tries!!

Took now the last chance (fifth´s code). Had to use the mobilkom simcard like you sad. Got the message "Can Not Undo Restriction".
But at my first tries i got the same message. Does this mean my phone was hardlocked from the beginning i bought it. It is a new phone. I will connect my shop and ask there. Something is not right.
If they will make a softwareupdate at my shop will i have the 5 trys again or not?
Will give you a message as far i know any thing.

I did not say to use the Mobilkom sim card. See the note.
My instructions are quite clear.
In any case, it is now hard locked and it was hard locked from the start. If the phone is second hand, then the last owner must have tried to unlock it.
"Phone restrictions off", it's unlocked.

"Not allowed" or "Can Not Undo Restriction" it's hard locked. Used up all your free tries!!
You DO NOT need to software update. You only need to have it unlocked at your local shop.
