Will DVD Decrypt work on Region 0?

I recently bought a movie form the UK that said region 0 on it I used DVD Decrypt to Decrypt it DVD Shrink to shrink it and then DVD Decrypt to burn it and every thing went fine but when I put the back up in my DVD Player it said "playback feature may not be available on this disc" did I do something wrong or will dvd decrypt just not work on region 0 disc?

Check and make sure this is not a PAL disk as that will not play in NTSC players. Region 2 is the UK and as you can see this is set to no region at all. If it is PAL you can convert, here is a way using Nero,

yep it's a PAL, will vobblanker work or is Nero the only course?
