Hey,

Just i thought id mention that i found out recently that the next GTA is actually gonna come out one month on the Xbox 360 before it does on the PS3.

Thought id mention it for people saving up for a ps3 and one of the main reasons being the next GTA.



Just thoght id tell everyone.

If this is common news sorry! lol

This is just common sense.It will be released on both systems.The only reason it may come out for 360 before ps3 is because the ps3 won't be out yet.

PS3 will have been out for almost a year before GTA comes out for both platforms. Like this is going stop someone from getting a PS3 now.

Yes, Microsoft shelled out the $$ to make it a time-exclusive title. I believe that there will also be downloadable 360 exclusive content or something. This this was all announced at e3, or right around there.

@beeftaco youl be suprised a lot of people are getting a ps3 because sony is well known with rockstar games.

That sucks so just because microsoft paid them some money they'll make it an exclusive for a month? Sony should pay them more money so they make timed exclusive for ps3 :P

I don't really mind.Sony will have lot's of other great games to tide me over until gta.I never thought gta was the best game anyways just the coolest.

I dont really mind the wait either just hate people braging about 360 having gta befor eps3. Even tho microsoft payed them off.

I understand sony may have paid them too for ps2 but man I love gta but they should do what the fans like not what is financially best for the company.We made gta what it was, not anyone else.

Well i undeerstand pd2 had gta sa before xbox but it wasent a month it was more closer to a year microsoft fans had to wait. A month isint enough time to convert fans i think.

Yeah not to mention its not a in the linup of release games when the ps3 comes out. Its a bit after so people might of already bought a ps3. i dont know if it was a month. I was going to ask you the same question.

well no.Going by what everyone else said it will be out late 2007 but ps3 is coming out late 2006.So that would be a year.

However gta may very well not come out at the projected date and may come out earlier.Ps3 could always be delayed.Nothing is for certain.

***off topic. Nah you gotta know your sh*t.Ice house has 5.5% alcohol and natural ice has 5.5 or 6.0 I'm not sure.I'm on my 5th and feel a real good buzz.I'll be drunk very soon lol.

Erm...... oh yea so will the 360 version be better? Or does a year give them enough time to make the ps3 version waaaay better? Think about that one.

And in case you guys didn't know gta s.a. was remapped for higher res textures and you could play your own music for xbox.This is because it was relesed later for xbox so they had more time.So the result was the xbox version looked way better than the ps2 version.

Well other then graphic wise i hate to say it but i think the 360 may be better because if what oofRome says is true the 360 may have downloadable content so it may be better if the " downloadable content" is good.

No ps3 will have an online service as well where you can download the content from.

However ps3 may be better.The reason: bluray is capable of high res cutscenes, dvd format is NOT(AT LEAST AT THOSE SPECS)plus other bluray features that are not possible on 360 and if you think these companies don't know that ahaha you guys are dead wrong.Plus a year would provide better textures.

I am pretty sure MS has an agreement to be the only ones to get downloadable content. The 360 version is probably the one to get here. I don't think in 1 years time the PS3 will look better than the 360 version being that it will now be a 3rd gen game for the 360
