i don't think its just downloadable content in general, from what i understood the 360 was going to get 'exclussive' downloadable content....
they release at the same time according to this. keyword is simultaneously

you have to click "games" at the top left, then move your cursor over till you hit grand theft auto IV, and click. you'll see the quoted part

so much for the 360 getting it first then. DOesnt really matter imo. Hope the games fills up blue ray tho. Expecting a huge ass map. 360 version might need mulitiple discs.
PS3...it only does everything(that Sony allows it to)

Ye aparently APPARENTLY dont quote me on this. The new ones set in England. The player is like a ex-gangster kinda of guy. And you know theres usually 3 islands theres. The west the north and the south.
What you guys think of that?

Yeah i heard that it might be in London. I heard this in a magazine they idint say for sure they just said "theres a rumor going around that the next gta will be set in London"(or somthing like that).

that would be dum though,since there already was a london version...
although the original gta london,was crap,this time round they would have a much broader perspective to turn it into a decent game...if it is set in london,the time frame would probably be 80's to early 90's...

The new GTA is set in Chicago, oh my bad that is Saints Row. But hey, to me Saints Row, based on the demo, is better than GTA III. I can't wait to buy it.

I think they should make the game in recent times... theres has already been a old school one. Pretty much most gta style games are between the 70-80s anyways, like driver parellel lines. Im kinda tired of old mustangs and stuff like that looks boring.
imo the next one should be customs characters.... like u make ur own dude in the beginning. That would be cool.
PS3...it only does everything(that Sony allows it to)

So that's what all the fuss is about?
Man I remember when exclusive meant just on one console.If I were ms I wouldn't even have paid so much for so little but to each his own.Ahhh well I got a 360 and was exceited but now it's just a damper on it.Hey on the bright side I guess I can use the exclusive content but from what Ive seen in the past it's just little extras nothing major.
Really it will be the mods(game mods not system mods) that will provide the most additional content.And those will be on both systems.

The thing is. The xbox 360 GTA will have the ability to expand to as big as you want it. The ps3 version really wont be able to be modded like the xbox one will.
If you had the choice obviously youd go for the 360 one!

Yeha they also tlaked about that. There might be making it in London for a remake of a game. Like a 30 times better version.

Well I see no reason why you could not have mods for the ps3 vesion.
As far as london I have heard that rumor to.I think it would be stupid because the getaway is based in london.The next gen getaway is coming out for ps3 probably around the same time as gta 4.
I realize the getaway isn't as good as gta but it does a good job for it's location and setting and is very playable.

Actually i playe dthe getaway black monday i foun it really hard to play. I only ever played it once. Everyhting sucked on it th graphics, contrls, car controls, sound/voices. Terrible if they did (rockstar) did make it in London they coul make far better thing then the getaway black monday but i see what you mean by that.

Hey you never know yet untill the game is released for it. That could all chage. Yuo could be right you could be wrong. Were did you here 360 will only have doawnloadable content.

I'm not talking about the exclusive content I'm talking about game mods.Sony has already said it would support the mod community.In fact it would be easier to make a mod for ps3 then it would be for 360.

wow i would love to own ut2007 and be able to download all the levels, mutators, total conversions), and special sh*t that is for the pc, but to my ps3. i hope they allow this.
But they all do sort of the same thing, and that is rearrange what you thought was real, and they remind you of the beauty of very simple things. You forget, because youre so busy going from a to z, that theres 24 letters in between... You turn on... tune in... and you drop out...
