How do I compress my game ISO's to fit my 512MB Card?
I'm happy with ISOs by themselfs at 150MB Approx, (WiPEOUT PURE, Dynasty Warriors)
I want that size or upto 250-300MB for games like SOCOM, Tekken.
What are the best compression tools?
I want 'em as SMALL as possible.
and whats .cso?

alot of games wouldnt be able to compress that much,each game can be shrunk by different amounts,i personelly use cso as it works with devhook.

yes all u do is extract the file and then get the iso and convert it to a .CSO
|

no disrespect svstang, WinRAR can unzip rar and zips. disregard if you were explaining it to one of the members in this thread.

LOL iknow that iPirate. Although that is true, WinZIP cant open rars......just making a general statement, since the person in this thread doesnt understand. I havent used WinZIP for ever, and cant even remember when i had to open a zip archive.

Hey All...
I CHOPPED WiPEOUT PURE ISO from 275MB to 145MB!!!
Thats using UMDGen then turning it CSO, BUT, IT'S NO GOOD.
Fastloader 0.7 WON'T load the CSO, it show's initializing then it locks up.
I heared DevHook is supposed to be able to load .cso's?

hey i downloaded a game that is already in .cso. it is 1.2gb and my mem stick is 1gb.got any ideas on compressing this bad ass
