I have the same problem. It might be the dummy file, I changed it and still it does not work. I seems like its loading but nothing happens.

I read somewhere that if you modify the system.cnf file, it will work with HDLoader 0.8b. Cant remember the specifics of the change, but google should reveal something.

Yeah, I think the above poster is correct. You need to open up the SYSTEM.CNF file in a blank notepad & change the elf file it boots from. Instead of booting from the SLES/SLUS it needs to boot from URBAN.ELF

Always 1st with 100% working PS2 Online Game DNA$ IDs!!

I had the same problem. But you can get it too work. I found this out in another forum on another website and you can get it to work that way. Is it ok if i post it. Or is it breaking some rule?

OK....I just found the site that I previously read this on. You need to extract the system.cnf and edit it in notepad to match this.

BOOT2 = cdrom0:\URBAN\URBAN.ELF;1
VER = 1.00
VMODE = NTSC

Then put it back into the ISO (not going to explain how to extract/inject as there are guides here on how to do this). Turn on mode 3 and play.

Yeah I think that is it. I'm pretty sure the site (I found to get urban choas to work on hda3) had a more complicated version of explaining it but it works.

Well, I just tried this several times and I havent gotten it to work yet. Dont know where I went wrong. Has anyone gotten this to work? If so, can you PM me and send me your IML file for NTSC? I have given up on trying to rebuild this thing.

Well, I got it to work. Took a few tries, and I tried a few different methods, but eventually I got it going. If anyone is interested in how, feel free to PM me.
