Cant make DVD with more that 40 chapters?

I am trying to make a dvd with 100 1 minute long clips. I burn the DVD fine and then when I put it in my player it always goes from chapter 39 to 60 then stops altogether. I have tried multiple times with different clips and it is always the same. How can i fix the problem.

If thats the case have u thoought about putting two clips together soo that your player can read and show the disc.

How can I put them together. Should I make it 1 file or what. Any help would be nice.

Make them one and then take it through a DVD Authoring program like Ulead DVD Movie Factory and through that u can create chapters anyway.
