After the phone boots up, press #
Press * 3 times fast for (p) \
Press * 4 times fast for (w) IMPORTANT
Press * 2 times fast for (+) /
and the rest of the code---
IMPORTANT!! Verify code before pressing the last #.
Pay attention. You only heve about two seconds.
Note:If nothing happens. Some Phones require that you to insert a non accepted sim, you will see "phone restricted", press UNDO option and enter the code in the restriction box and press ENTER.
"Phone restrictions off", it's unlocked.
"Error code" wrong code.STOP tell me.
"Not allowed" or "Can Not Undo Restriction" it's hard locked. Used up all your free tries!!

The phone cannot be unlocked by the way you told me.
After entering all the code and #., nothing is happening.
So I put in the blocked sim card, it said wrong pin number, enter PUK number.
but still cannot go through the PUK. sometimes ask for new pin number and re-enter new pin number.
The PUK is the master Security code for the SIM/phone. NOT AN UNLOCK CODE.If you enter too many wrong codes you will distroy your SIM.
The phone is locked with a personal PIN that you or someone put in. When you enter the wrong PIN about three times , you then need the master code called a PUK.
My instructions said to try ONCE and ONLY ONCE.
How many times have you tyried to enter the code in the PUK? Indosat M3 Indonesia can give you the PUK code if you have lost it.
You normally get it when you buy the phone.
They will only give it to the regestered owner.

I tried to enter the PUK number, and the message said "SIM Card Rejected".
If I change to another sim card, the phone request for security code.

As instructed; i removed the sim card and then power on the handphone. entered the codes, but nothing happen.
then i turn off the power for a while putting back the blocked sim card, before turning on the power again. Suddenly it said sim card rejected.

I think you may have damaged the SIM with too many wrong PUK codes.
If you do not know the Security code for the phone you can try this once and once only. 1260535243
