Umm, im having a problem making a racetrack. When im done moving the pieces around, i save the changes, sign the map, and FTP to my xbox. but when i play them on my xbox, some of the track pieces get messed up, how can this be? (note:i place all the tracks right where i want them.)

And thirst can you make a main menu patch for the new maps and mimesis maps? so i can use yelo with them ( or tell me where to find one my patches dont work

ive heard about your problem are you using entity because if you are put all the peices where you want them to be then use dark matters bsp viewer to edit them because darkmatter is more accurate but use entity to get them where you want them

ok, everytime i try to open the sbsp in darkmatter, i get a message that says "Could not initialize direct 3d. this toturial will exit"
whats it mean? what am i doing wrong?

Thirst, i downloaded that entity, but yet, still no progress. I heard that i might have to change the pitch, roll, and yaw of something but im not sure what.

OK NEED EXTREEM HELP WITH ENITY!!!!!!!1
ok so i add more chunks and stuff and im trying to add more warthogs to a map so i go along and i get to where you go to teh SBSP tag or somethin like that and the bsp viewer window opens then closes and it gives the error message where the box pops up with the red X and stuff and i click details and at the bottom it says something about the JIT thing so i need help!!!!!!!!

Hey thirst i was wondering how i would make all proj swap visible in sytem link. i got afew pacthes that i was told would make them visible. but all i see are rockets.....how lame is that yknow i even copied downall the metas. plz gimme a hand dude thnx

Hey i had my new halo 2 maps backed up onto my computer, and i reformatted my xbox so
kknow i need to know where to put them on my xbox at.
I know it is in E:\TDATA\4d530064\$C
i need to know the name of the 3 folders inside of $C

theres only 3 folders in $c but if you need to know there names there
4D53006400000001
4D53006400000002
4D53006400000003
dont worry about the other stuff inside there the things you need are the ones that say .map on the end of them just take those out on your computer which you said youve already done then mod them and put them back in that same folder and you should be good to go.

before the program even kicks off it says that it has encounterd a problem and needs to close. I have framework .net 2 witch I think the problem lies. any help would be appriciated. thanks

does the program open cause does it say when you try and open the map that you have an error because it might have been something youve done to that map try a fresh map because thats what use to happen to me

Okay I have asked this a gazillion times and no one knows the answer. I have installed the krayzies UXE softmod. When I try to log in to live with the softmod on I get the error 21, but when I turn the mod off I can log in but my modded maps won't work. My next question is what is the best softmod to use to where I can play on live (custom) and still use my new maps? I have a banned account I play with all my friends on. So don't jump to the conclusion that I am cheating. I need some answers and help here. Thans in advance.

hi i have a soft modded x box and am trying to copy the halo 2 maps onto my hard drive. i use a modded dashboard called evox. i go to applications then i click copy cdr to hdd. i think that means copy a game disk to you hardrive. when i click that botton it automatically says 100% and doesnt copy any files!
What am i doing wrong...plz help!

that was some good info but htats not what i wanted. i am trying to do the killtrocity map pack. i need to copy the files onto my hardrive so it shows up when i FTP. but when i try to copy the halo 2 disk it automatically goes to 100% and does not copy one file.
p.s. once i have copy the halo2 map files to my hard drive can you help me on were to find them...like what folder

Well I'm saying that in my tutorial, I'm showing you how to bring the game to your hardrive while taking the least space possible. Just do the same thing except put the killtrocity maps instead of the normal maps. You should put it in E\Games.
