hey guys, i just ripped Flightplan on to my pc and it ripped it as an ISO file which is 7ish GB is size. I don't know how to burn it to a normal dvd now cuz it doesn't fit a normal dvd. Any suggestions guyz. Thanks!!

File/Open disc image in DVD Shrink and proceed as usual. You will always have some degredation in quality when compressing 7 gigs of data to fit in almost have the space. To get the quality as high as you can you should reauthor the disc with DVD Shrink and remove any/all subtitles and all audio streams with the exception of AC3 5.1

Create and ISO with DVD Shrink and burn with the latest version of Imgburn that was updated today.
