Is there any other ways to pull the eeprom file from an xbox besides having to hookup something homemade from radio shack?
I was wondering if it is possible to hook the hdd up to a PC and pull the files from it that way using some sort of program (like liveinfo).
My original hdd seems to have gotten corrupted somehow. I was wanted to get this so I can softmod my xbox.
if anyone knows if this can be done and the steps to doing it successfully please let me know it would be greatly appreciated.

I've read that you can temporarely install a mod chip, and reslove your issue.
