Need Help Finding a DVD Movie Editing Program.

Anyone know a good program, preferably freeware, but pay apps are ok too that will help me edit DVD movies (i.e. one of the things I want to do is create a custom menu that I design my stuff, and resize and alter the Video then make an image of it or just burn it directly.)

I found a good free app called DVDStyler. thanks for the help anyway hermes.
