when i start my ps2 all that happens is the reset red light comes on and just sits there. i've turned off the ps2, pressed and held the rest button, and pressed and held the eject button and nothing. please help

all i can recomend is take it too a pro its too hard to know whats wrong over a forum cause a million things could have stuffd up if the red light jst trns on

do you know a good pro to take it to. my ps2 has a mod chip in it.so there's some places that i can't take it. thanks for the help. but i also noticed that the fan never comes on. and there is a backup disk in it and it won't eject. anyone with ideas.
