Is there a software programm out there that creates a AUDIO_TS VIDEO_TS DVD folder from an MPEG2 DVD compliant file ?

I'm kind confused by the question. What exactly are you trying to do? Make a DVD out of an MPEG?

There are lots of common programs that can help you do that. Nero, MyDVD, etc.

Yes I know, but I`m confused,
do I have to reconvert an MEG2 file to dvd VOB - I thought it was already DVD - least that`s what
AVIcodec tells me: "Video: MPG2=MPEG2 (SVCD/DVD)
My software (Nero, convertX etc.) won`t accept it as a DVD file.
Some of my downloads are AVI-video DivX etc, and some are "Nero Showtime Datei". (MPEG2s)
I don`t get it.
Can you clarify?

I can't really help you with Nero. I didn't like it the first time I tried to create a DVD so now I use MyDVD. You could try VSO ConvertXtoDVD. It's free to try, but you get a watermarked video.

You need a dvd author to make the VIDEO_TS. Then you can use Nero to burn the files. TMPGEnc dvd author is what I use
