I have a westell 6100 connected to my xbox to go online and recently its just stop workin. when i go to the troubleshooter it says dns not resolved. what should i do?

Personaly I hate Verizon DSL (my aunt has it and it blows) and the Westell modem is a piece of crap, what you should do though is call up M$ support and might be able to solve your problem.
