Nero Does not recognise my Pioneer DVR-105

i Bought A Pioneer DVR-105 4X Writer.

when the thing was instaled on my pc nero did not found the DVD recorder

i updated nero and downloaded and instaled the lates firmware for the pioneer
but nothing helps so i'm kinda stuck here

don't know what to do now.

if anyone can help me out here with this probleme it would be apriciated alot

What version of Nero are you using? If not a late one, update to version 5.5.10.35 to ensure better compatibility.

Thanks For The Reply Oriphus but i already updated nero to the last 5.5.10.35

but even that did not help.
the problem is that nero just won't recognise the dvd writer

did aspicheck taht was okay

looked at the harware configuration and windows has recognised it and installed the device works ok it says.

so now i'm realy at the end of my modest knowledge that's why i need help here

Hey Rikske42, I have the same burner and Nero version 5.5.10.28 should work fine with your burner...........

hi there

thanks for the advise but could it be that the solution was that easy???

i have disconected the dvd reader and put in the cd rom instead beceuase the dvd burner can read dvd aswell .

and now everything works fine

have allready burned 5 dvd and no more problems
