For example real player or windows pop-up?
when i try save target as....
It says Internet explorer can not download from LaunchVideo
anyone know how to bypass this?

WOULD suggest you try using camtasia studio if the file is net based.Is this a macromedia flash file

If you want to download clips or whatever off youtube and stuff like that, you can get Firefox VideoDownloader or even better Unplug, an extension for Firefox, that is if you use Firefox.

how do i download using Firefox? all it is it's just a browser....

yes... there is a webpage where yoc can click on the realplayer icon or windows media icon ....low medium high streaming....put after a right click on icon to save as..it says cannot load launchvideo...and when i used Firefox to download it says url error.. are their other programs where i can download streaming video over the web?
