Can you use swap magic to boot a copy of game shark or action replay to use cheat codes and still play a backup? thanks!

yes u can. just make sure that when you burn gs/armax/cb, burn onto DVDR since you will be using the dvd swap magic. just load the cheat device then follow this procedure:

Cheat Device > Swap Magic > DVD Loader > Swap Magic > Game

your method...
cheat device > swap magic > dvdloader > swap magic > game
does it actually work?

I'm using gameshark v4 and swap magic 3.8 and
whenever I try to boot a game using that method it freezes at the boot screen

this is what I am doing...
cheat device (gameshark v4) > swap magic > backup game
It freezes when it tries to load the game though...

Please help me...

hi guys. the method actually works but it doesn't load all the codes. i got AR MAX. this is how i do it.

AR MAX - When it loads up, choose game code.
Then SWAP MAGIC 3.6 - swipe the card open disc tray
DVD LOADER- insert dvd loader then close disc tray swipe card
WHen dvd loader loadss up swipe card open tray den put in the game you want then close tray swipe card and press x. just wait for the game to load up and HEY PRESTO! the cheats actually work.

I don't have anything against ARMAX, but I right now I need gameshark
After I select the codes in gameshark, swap magic won't boot the backup game.
Someone willing to help??????

im new to the cheat device thing but i wanted to use it really badly..
i want to use the cheat device on battlefield 2 ONLINE
im guessing this is the proper way.
Put swap magic in -> load up gameshark -> Swap Magic -> DVD Loader -> Swap magic -> Game

i saw this from xsh1nox..also WHAT DOES DVD LOADER DO??? please any info would be awesome

The dvd loader loads up games on a dvd disk and the cd loader loads games on a compact disk
