Hi,
I have a V3 console (PAL) modded with magic 3.1. What all do i need to use if i need to play on it in the US?

You need a TV with PAL system, or you´ll get pictures in black & white.

What about the voltage as in the US its 110V and my ps2 is 220V.
Also do you get multi-system tv's in the us? like Pal/NTSC both in one.

Sorry, forgot that.
Get a device to transform the voltage from 110 v to 220 v.
You can buy it easy at any electrical shop.
