hi there, i just acquired a PAL ps2 and i already got it modded.. but it is still in PAL format (black and white, flickering screen)... and we dont have any PAL format tv here.. im just asking if there is any modification in the motherboard that can actually convert it to NTSC..
im good at soldering and i can disassemble my ps in a jippie.. so if anyone here have some diagrams or tuts.. or even the pictures :) i will be very glad.. thanks in advanced

(P.S. i just did a search but nothing comes out in modifying the motherboard itself..)

No, you cant mod a PS2's hardware to a different region. You'll need either a TV that supports both 50 & 60Hz, or patch your game images with a PAL2NTSC patcher which adjusts the screen position.
