Please help me unlocking Nokia 6030b phone.
Service provider is cingular USA but I am in India now.

Some of my friends are already using the same phone in India but ph was unlocked by service provider.

I am getting error as "Can Not Undo Restriction".Please help.

The European version can.
In any event, It is now hard locked. You will have to take it to a phone shop and have it unlocked.
Before you spend any money you should confirm the specs.
I believe the 6030 is a duel band phone. From the US that would be 850/1900.
In India they use 900/1800Mhz.
