Verification Error in SONY DVD RW DW-G120A

I have a SONY DVD RW DW-G120A DVD-WRITER.
I am writing 4308 data on a SONY DVD.
I get no error on writing. But on copying the dvd to computer, many of the files are not read.
Next time, i also checked VERIFY DATA option in NERO 6.6(I use WINXP SP2). And i always start getting read errors wen the verify is about to complete(near 99%), and verify process goes on & on for infinite time. I am giving the log below. Please tell me where is the problem, WRITER or MEDIA? Also, i hav only 1.16 GB free on OS drive(C:). Can this be a problem(although it never gave me such error)! HELP!! - Milan Saxena
