If you mobile is hardlocked the only way to unlock it is by taking/sending it to a professional unlocker.

If the mobile gives no response/no message then do the following: Insert a non accepted sim, press the undo button, a box should appear saying enter restriction code, enter the code given and press ok
Remove sim first,power on the phone.
After the phone boots up, press #
Press * 3 times fast for (p)
Press * 4 times fast for (w)
Press * 2 times fast for (+)
Verify code before pressing the last #.
"Phone restrictions off", it's unlocked!
Thanks for the reply! I haven't yet put it any codes so I have a few tries. When I turn my phone on without the SIM, it just says "insert SIM" rather than asking for a code. If I put in the non-accepted SIM, it just says "SIM not valid", but can't seem to put in code. Do you know what I can do?
Your mobile wont ask for a code.when you boot up your mobile when it comes up with insert sim just put in the code above with the instructions given, and all will be fine.
