PC WorkGroup Problem

Hi, I have had a problem with my workgroup for a few months now. I am trying to connect a workgroup between two computer's.

For my problem i am going to call my two pc's PC One and PC Two.

When i am on PC One i can see all the shared files on PC Two. But from PC Two i can not veiw the shared files on PC One.

I am not sure what i can do. I have tried every thing!
