I have two 6230i phones which need unlocking, i have used the program Nokiafree Calculator which only has the 6230 not the 6230i and also tried this website which only has the 6230 http://www.trycktill.com/eng/unlock_swe.asp

I tried creating an unlock code just as a 6230 but it didnt accept the code so is anybody able to let me know where i can generate unlock codes for the 6230i?

Only try the code once and once only!!!

Please remember you only get 3-5 attempts before your mobile becomes hardlocked.

If you have already tried different codes before mine your mobile could already be hardlocked.

If it is hardlocked you will get one the following messages Can Not Undo Restriction / Not Allowed

If you mobile is hardlocked the only way to unlock it is by taking/sending it to a professional unlocker.

Please make sure the information you give is correct before typing in the codes.

If the mobile gives no response/no message then do the following: Insert a non accepted sim, press the undo button, a box should appear saying enter restriction code, enter the code given and press ok


Remove sim first,power on the phone.
After the phone boots up, press #
Press * 3 times fast for (p)
Press * 4 times fast for (w)
Press * 2 times fast for (+)
Verify code before pressing the last #.
"Phone restrictions off", it's unlocked!
