I buy a new playstation 2 i am very try the pls 2 is not playing dvd movie in browser ther are memory card and disc when i click on disc then message show"DVD PLAYER MIIGHT NOT INSTALLED"

thats wierd, when exactly does this message come up, when you click the CD icon in the browser screen? Could be a bios problem.

that's werid. well you could either open it up and see the problem (if you dont care about warrenty and you can fix stuff)

or just take it back to the store and said that you want a new one cus it was defective

or you could take to sony and have them fix it for you

personally, id pick the second one
