SNES roms problem

Hey guys I tried burning the three files onto a CD like the FAQ on this site told me to. I also put many roms on there. Some games work and some games don't. Why is this? The sound sometimes will go crazy and some games the screen will jump. Im pretty sure its not the way Im burning it but I could be wrong. Maybe its the emulator... Im using the one found in the FAQ in this forum. Whats the problem?

I read that site news where you get the SNES emulator on http://snes-station.gamebase.ca/index.htm and it says compatibility is not %100 but cna my problem be solved because many of the games I have dont work?
