So, I backed up this movie and when I went to play the backup to make sure it work there seems to be entire scenes missing. I double checked with the origional to make sure and sure enough there are at least 2 scenes (chapters) missing.

I did the DVD Decrypter Express, VOB, DVDShrink

Any ideas what went wrong or how to fix it?

Someone is confused. The Exact same thing happened to me when I tried to back-up Failure to Launch. I used Ripit4me and that worked Then I used DFAB/Vobblanker/shrink and that worked also.

Well, I went back and used the exact same files that I used for the DVDShrink burn and used Nero Recode 2 instead and this time it made a perfect copy. I also lower the burn speed to 4x so maybe that played a part of it. That is the first time that type of thing has ever happened though, kind of odd...

RJ3301,
If you have the newest version of AnyDVD then use the ripper function( right click the fox head in the taskbar) and rip the DVD to HD. Then use CloneDVD

Car.Mike,
I ripped the DVD and got 7.5GB of Video_TS files. CloneDVD told me that the files were too large to process onj my standard DVD which I understand. I've never had any issues with either program before and have tried making an .ISO and then burning but this or any other method has not worked with this DVD. Thank you for your help.

What other methods did u try?
DVD Shrink?
VobBlanker before shrink?

if u have it on your HD than u should be able to shrink it with some program.

Disregard my previous, I was using CloneDVD in the wrong manner. Well, this method worked, I wonder why it worked in the ripping mode versus an outright copy or clone as I usually do.

RJ3301,
It was the FixVTS that is included in the ripper. It corrects the structural problems

I knw this should be in another forum but I cannot get Hoot to copy over the added features and chapter menu. It show the menus on the factory DVD but will only back up the main movie no matter what settings you use. Not sure if it's the protection on the disk or if it's the new version of CloneDVD.
