We need the provider the phone is locked to, not the one you want to use.

If locked to Cingular try: #pw+496197311454556+7#

After the phone boots up, press #
Press * 3 times fast for (p)
Press * 4 times fast for (w)
Press * 2 times fast for (+)
Verify code before pressing the last #.

I tried the last code and the phone hard locked. I switched out phones.

Make/Model- Nokia 6030
IMEI- 010892000280907
Country- USA
Locked to- T- Mobile
