I am trying to do the larry the cable guy movie and it has both the full and wide screen on it how can i tell which is the full?

Not sure what u mean?

Anyway full screen is a 4:3 aspect ratio and the widescreen is 16:9 if that helps any

what i mean is in dvdshrink in the main movie area theres title 1 and title 2 both are 1hr 30mins but one is 3709mb the other is 3695mb. I just wanna know how to tell which of those is wide and which is full

in shrink expand the preview area to a decent size.... yes you can click and drag the edges of the preview are to make it bigger or smaller. then click on one of the main movies and preview it.... then the other. you should see a difference.
