well i think FLUDD mario would be good oh and anyone see the new trailer yaaaaaaaaaaaaaay foxs fighting stance makes him look likes dancing to a funky beat XD lolz and did you see pikachu crawl XDDD he looked like he was in a looney toon carton and when i saw wario the first thing that came to mind was VIVA EL FUTBOL!!!!! especially when he did his taunt i wanna see laskweegies new look ( my way of saying luigi XD) olimar and louie are new nintendo heros so theyll have to be in it naruto is cool yeah but hes not nintendo he might not even make it as a trophy T.T Daisys a pretty safe bet though ther legendary fight mario vs luigi while peach vs daisyXD

Nintendo actually confirmed the cast of new characters some months ago; why on earth is this thread still open?

HELLZ NO well no offense but ummm spongebob is for kids well unless you were joking..... how come noone even considers olimar and louie please tell! and earthbound needs more characters i think they should have paula that one nerdy gay kid ( i forget his name) and poo o.0; pretty funny name.... maybe that guy from ballon fight hmmmm that one star guy OH and kat and ana those ninja girls from wario ware please tell me if the wiis internet is automatic does it take broad band or something WE DONT HAVE IT HERE !!! No they havn't! The only characters revealed on Brawl are Mario, Kirby, Pokemon, Link, Fox, Zero Suit Samus (who appears while user is regular Samus, thus making Samus a confirmed character), Wario, Meta-Knight, Pit, and Snake.
I highly doubt there will only be 10 characters in Brawl.

I have a hard time believing that a comment like yours stems from any real personal experience with the game.
I know tons of MS and Sony "fanboys", but even they will readily admit that both Smash Bros titles have been stellar. The few who disagree do so because they simply don't like the gameplay.
Also, why on earth do people who use phrases like "HELLZ NO" even pretend they are too mature for a video game?

There's fourteen confirmed. You forgot four(At least, but I could swear I saw bowser in some screens too; since I can't find those I won't include him in my list below) that have been shown in pictures. And fourteen wouldn't be a far cry from previous SSB titles. They've never had a huge selection of characters to choose from in the past. Really, a lot of fighting games don't have a huge selection of characters to pick from, that's pretty standard. Fourteen(Or fifteen with bowser) fighters really is nothing to sneeze at.

While I do greatly appreciate your positive attitude, I can not locate anything more than about twenty screens from the original trailer, which is useless; so no, I cannot back up my statement, because I cannot locate the original story.

Well I don't know which new characters, aside from the ones that we saw on the video, are going to be in the new Smash Bros. but I think it would be cool to be able to add your miis to the character selection... I mean... just with standard moves and all would be fine...
there are some characters that would be nice to see like waluigi ... but I think it is obvious that he will be there since they added wario :S at least that is how i think...

I hate to add to speculation... But I have to say the Mii idea sounds like something that they may very likely do. It would be such a great way to familiarize people with the Mii's and to make Wii owners actually give a rip about them as time goes on.
It's a way that Nintendo could use one of their flagship titles to really push individuality, etc. It'd probably be a great way to increase interest in the system's smaller added features.

I'm gonna buy the Wii when the price goes down like $80 or so. And i'll buy Super Smash Bros. Brawl and Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess. Although Twilight Princess already came out, i'm not gonna buy it until the Wii price drops and also the game price...

I wouldn't hold your breath on that price drop. They don't typically happen in the first year.
Besides it's already the cheapest by $50 in the most extreme cases, but 150-200 in most cases, so it's highly unlikely. Nintendo needs to continue making profit, and they're already the cheapest, they have to gauge things so that they keep making strong profits.

Ok hemby, why should jigglypuff, mewtwo, dr. mario, roy, marth, and yound link be out? sure maybe yound link could have new moves but why should the rest be out? they have awesome moves and not a clone of anyone else (excluding roy from marth and vice versa). The only character that may be out is dr. mario since all his moves are duplicated from mario's other than the power of the attacks, the effects, and the B attack.
Tom Nook is an extremely bad character to be in this game.
Reasons why:
1st) What attacks would he have?
2nd) He's not in any fighting games
3rd) He's only in one game and it doesn't include fighting
4th: He's a shopkeeper
(ps. Who's cel-shaded link? Do u mean dark link?
