SWF/Flash to MP4/Ipod?

What is the best way to convert an SWF Flash file to the MP4 Ipod format? I have The Decline of Video Gaming saved in SWF format and my friend wants to put it on his Ipod Video. What is the best program to use for this? Also, should I do SWF->AVI->MP4, or is there a program that will just do SWF->MP4? Thanks in advance.

There is a way that I do it but im not sure if its the fastest method. To get an .swf into a video file you have to use software that records what is on your screen like "fraps" or "camtasia" ,there are a few to try on google and there are one or two free programs around but i havn't tried them. Once you record your screen you will have a new .avi file with Decline on it (fantastic animation by the way). There are loads of programs available to convert this resulting file into an .mp4. I use media coder because its free and works really well, if you find it hard to use there are a lot of tutorials around for it.
To my knowledge that's the only way to do it but i hope it helps.

You sure? I have that but dont use it as sometimes it doesn't work properly. You can record to .Avi, windows media, dvd and MPEG2. There is an .Avi XviD MPEG-4 codec but that will just encode to .Avi.
