NETWORK: actually it is openline, use different sim card on it until last night when the battery dries up and after i recharged the battery, it cant open no more. it says phone restricted.
COUNTRY: PHILIPPINES

i hope you could help me on this one. i badly need the cellphone, and as a student, i can't afford to buy a new one.

What was the network and country the mobile was originally locked to?
