What is it you want to do? Is it that you want to learn the whole MS DOS "language" or just some specific operation?

Or is it another DOS your after (IBM and someone else had one as well).

What dvdking seems to be referring to would be DoS, aka Denial of Service *i'm deducing that from the fact he mentions netstat and ping*.
As for the answer, there won't be any, as discussing script kiddie programs/tactics is prohibited on the Afterdawn forums.
If you really want to learn about it, google it, or get a proper IT training course.
