Well, I'm not sure of the best ways of converting a flash video to mpeg. I don't do it very often. But this is how I've done it when I've had to. I've used Super by eRightSoft, you can download the freeware version here:

http://www.erightsoft.com/SUPER.html

First play the video in your browser. Then go to your Temporary Internet folder and find the file and copy it to some other folder to work with it. If you already have the .flv file by some other way then you can skip that step.

Start up Super and drag the video file into the bottom grey box of Super. For your video I selected Output Container: mpeg II, Output Video Codec: Mpeg-II, Output audio Codec: mp2, mencoder, 25 fps and for the rest I accepted the defaults. Right-click on your file in Super and it brings up a menu. Specify an output folder. Then click Encode.

For your video I ended up with a 320x240 mpeg2 video that I could play in Virtualdubmod, Media Player Classic, etc. You should be able to burn that to DVD. P.S. Looks like you did good!
