Is there anyway I can put the Swap Magic ISO onto my HD via Winhiip or just rip via HD Loader? I was also thinking I might be able to burn the ELF onto a CD and play it with uLaunchELF. Any thoughts?

Also, is there anyway I could put a CD with a MC Exploit onto my HD and boot it with HDLoader? I need help because I want to use the MC Exploit so I can use my MC to launch the new version of HDLoader (0.8b) so I can play PSX games on it.

Ok, since no one ever answered you, i will. You can put the swap magic cd on your hd, but not the dvd (you will probably need to use winhiip since the swap magic discs are very hard to read), you might even be able to put cd loader or cogswap on there, which would save some hastle. So, once you put it on there, you can just boot up your expoit cd with it (assuming you have a slide card, or open the top, etc.).
